Ricky Munnik is the Director and the visionary behind PAP. Ricky is also a quadriplegic who does not entertain defeat and who has the ability to inspire people to realize their full potential in keeping with his vision of restoring human dignity and uplifting the human spirit. Ricky has been a champion of people with different disabilities since 1988 when he established the Mmabana Quilters which is still in existence, proving that through the development of craft skills and design elements, it is possible to generate income without formal education.
